Deepshikha N. Chowdhury, MD
Managing Partner
Dr. Chowdhury is a graduate of Mount Sinai School of Medicine, St. Joseph’s University Hospital, NJ, and New York Medical College at St. Joseph’s University Hospital, NJ. She has a special interest in colorectal cancer screening, gastrointestinal cancers, biliary disease, and inflammatory bowel disease.
Laura C. Horton, MD
Managing Partner
Dr. Horton is a graduate of Harvard College and Tufts University School of Medicine, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and received the Glasgow-Rubin Memorial Achievement Award from the American Medical Women’s Association as a woman graduating first in her medical school class.
Leon P. McLean, MD, PhD, MPH, AGAF
Managing Partner
Dr. McLean is a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine, where he earned his M.D. and Master of Public Health degrees, as well as University of Maryland Baltimore, where he earned a Ph.D. in Molecular Medicine. His post-graduate training was at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where he completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Gastroenterology.
Steven Tsistrakis, MD
Managing Partner
Dr. Tsistrakis received his medical degree from Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. He finished his residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in New York City. He completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at New York Presbyterian in Queens, NY where he served as Chief Fellow.

Allison Anastasoff, APRN
Allison Anastasoff earned a bachelor’s degree in Nursing at Saint Anselm College in 2007. During that time, she worked as a nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, Cardiovascular Operating Room, and was a Research Coordinator. She earned a master’s degree in Nursing at the University of New Hampshire.
Alyssa Dunn, PA-C
Alyssa graduated from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine with a degree in Biology in 2011. She received her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2015. She is a Maine native but has lived in New Hampshire since 2015.
Samantha Harrington, PA-C
Samantha graduated summa cum laude from North Park University in 2008 with a degree in biology and minor in chemistry. She earned a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2010 from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
Emily Hill PA-C
Emily is a board-certified Physician Assistant who earned her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Vermont.
Stephanie Lynch, PA-C
Stephanie graduated from the University of Delaware with honors in 2011 with a degree in Biological Sciences. She earned her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with honors in 2015 from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
Connie McClain, NP
Connie McClain is a family nurse practitioner with extensive experience in both hospital and clinical environments. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Toledo. Connie has professional affiliations and memberships with the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG), the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation.

Amanda Sellers is a board-certified family nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) who brings a wealth of GI-specific experience. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing.
Kristin Skelly, NP
Kristin Skelly is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner through AANP with a Master of Science in Nursing and a deep commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care. She earned her BSN from the University of Rhode Island in 2005 and her MSN from Maryville University in 2016.
Beverly Tipton, NP
Beverly Tipton is a board-certified family nurse practitioner through AANP with over two decades of healthcare experience and a background in critical care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Shenandoah University. Beverly is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
